Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 30-day free trial with just your name, email, and business phone number. No credit card required until you decide to subscribe.
What's included in the free trial?
The trial includes access to Zonitel's core business phone system, unlimited one-to-one conversational SMS, call recording, voicemail transcription, and mobile app for 30 days. Digital fax, MMS, bulk or automated messaging, API messaging, WhatsApp API usage, and AI consumption are optional or usage-based and remain subject to their applicable terms.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You can port your existing business number to Zonitel at no charge. Porting typically takes 5–10 business days. During the process, you can use a temporary Zonitel number so your business stays reachable.
How many users can I add during the trial?
Up to 5 users (extensions) during the trial. Need more? Contact our team and we'll set you up with an expanded trial.
What happens after 30 days?
We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends. If you choose to continue, you pick a plan and add payment. If not, your account closes — no charges, no strings.
Is there a contract after the trial?
