What is required to start the free trial?
Provide your name, business email, and business phone number. Trial eligibility and account verification requirements may apply. No annual contract is required.
What's included in the free trial?
The trial includes access to Zonitel's core business phone system, unlimited one-to-one conversational SMS, call recording, voicemail transcription, and mobile app for 30 days. Digital fax, MMS, bulk or automated messaging, API messaging, WhatsApp API usage, and AI consumption are optional or usage-based and remain subject to their applicable terms.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You can port your existing business number to Zonitel at no charge. Porting typically takes 5–10 business days. During the process, you can use a temporary Zonitel number so your business stays reachable.
How many users can I add during the trial?
Up to 5 users (extensions) during the trial. Need more? Contact our team and we'll set you up with an expanded trial.
What happens after 30 days?
We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends. If you choose to continue, you pick a plan and add payment. If not, your account closes — no charges, no strings.
Is there a contract after the trial?
No contracts. Zonitel is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no cancellation fees.
